*CAPACITY BUILDING FOR KADSUBEB MANAGEMENT TEAM – A Mindset Shift for Better Basic Education in Kaduna State*
In its drive for continuous improvement and professional development, the management team of KADSUBEB attended a three-day workshop themed “Systems Thinking: A Paradigm Shift for Complex Problem-Solving,” aimed at shifting the Board’s lens from reactive fixes to holistic, proactive solutions.
The workshop, facilitated by Dr. Dahiru Sani of Kaduna Business School, and segregated in two cohorts, focused on re-strategising the Board’s approach to tackling the complex challenges facing basic education in the state, moving beyond short-term responses to building sustainable, long-term solutions.
This mindset shift marks an important step towards building a stronger institution, better equipped to deliver quality education to every child in Kaduna.
