The Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (KADSUBEB) has successfully concluded its management capacity building training with the completion of the second cohort held at the Kaduna Business School. The training, themed “Systems Thinking: A Paradigm Shift for Complex Problem-Solving”, brought together the Board’s management team, with the Acting Executive Chairman, Mubarak Mohammed, actively participating.
The conclusion of this second batch marks the successful end of the program, which has been instrumental in equipping KADSUBEB’s leadership with the knowledge, tools, and mindset required to drive systemic change.
This initiative reflects the Board’s commitment to building stronger institutions, fostering innovation, and finding sustainable solutions to the complex challenges facing basic education in Kaduna State. By strengthening systems and adopting new approaches, KADSUBEB is laying the foundation for lasting impact and ensuring quality basic education for every child in Kaduna.
