On July 16, 2025, the Board Secretary, Barr. Hassan Othman Esq., presided over a Step-Down Training and Interactive Session focused on the Performance Management System.
The event, jointly organized by the Planning and Budget Commission (KADPBC) and the Kaduna State Head of Service, was held at the KADSUBEB Boardroom. This one-day session aimed to equip staff with a clear understanding of the newly introduced Employee Job Descriptions, which are now being implemented as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employee performance evaluations.
The training is a key component of the State Government’s broader strategy to integrate Employee Job Descriptions into the core of its performance appraisal system, reinforcing a culture of accountability and results-driven service delivery.
The session proved to be both engaging and informative, marking a significant milestone in the state’s ongoing public sector performance reforms.
