The Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (KADSUBEB) has officially taken over LGEA Primary School, Dan Alhaji, following its comprehensive renovation by the A’isha Zakari Foundation.
The upgrade was aimed at enhancing learning conditions and creating a more conducive environment for pupils.
The Foundation’s intervention aligns with the Kaduna State Government’s commitment to improving basic education infrastructure, a move expected to boost pupils’ academic performance and overall learning experience.
In his remarks, the Executive Chairman of KADSUBEB, Mubarak Mohammed, was represented at the event by the Permanent Member, School Management, Dr. Jamil Haruna, commended the Foundation for its impactful contribution to basic education.
He described the gesture as a commendable act of social responsibility with far reaching benefits for the community, the state, and the nation at large.
He further reaffirmed the Board’s commitment to supporting the education agenda of Governor Dr. Uba Sani, emphasizing the administration’s prioritization of the education sector. He also pledged continuous support towards improving public primary schools across the state.
The handover ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the A’isha Zakari Foundation, Yahaya Aliyu Lere. KADSUBEB officials, and other key education stakeholders from the local government.
